Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

WIOA programs offer grant funding for eligible and suitable job seekers to gain skills in a high growth job market for successful career pathways.

Trade Assistance Act (TAA)

The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program provides benefits and support including suitable training to eligible workers who become unemployed or are threatened with job loss due to the impact of international trade.

Vocational Rehabilitation

Senior Community Service Employment Program

Mature Alaskans Seeking Skills Training (MASST) is a community service and work-based job training program for older Alaskans. Authorized by the Older Americans Act, the program provides training for low-income, unemployed seniors

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship programs are structured on the Job Learning and Related Technical Instruction based upon Standards of Apprenticeship for your business needs

Incumbent Worker Training

The Incumbent Worker Training program offers reimbursable grant funds for training identified by the employer to help increase competitiveness of the business, retain or advance employees.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

OJT provides partial reimbursement of employee wages while the employer provides the training needed for new staff that are otherwise lacking the skills to carry out the job.

Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)

TAA program provides partial wage reimbursement to employers who provide on-the-job training to eligible TAA workers.
