Licensing Requirements:

Applicants must provide official verification of registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and from any out-of-state licensing authorities where the applicant has ever held a license, certification, or registration. Applicant must be free of felony convictions; have had no emotional or mental illnesses, drug addiction, or alcoholism within the past five years; had no lewd or immoral conduct in connection with the delivery of professional services; and never had their license revoked, suspended, reprimanded, or otherwise acted upon. All licenses expire at the end of odd-numbered years.
