File a new Alaska claim or reopen an existing Alaska claim via the Internet, day or night at http://myalaska.state.ak.us and click on “Unemployment Insurance Benefits”. under Quick Links.
Once you have an active claim, file your biweekly benefits online. Go to http://myalaska.state.ak.us and click on “Unemployment Insurance Benefits”. This will take you to a page where you can file for benefits. You can also file for benefits by calling the automated telephone claim filing system otherwise known as VICTOR. VICTOR can only be accessed with a personal identification number called a PIN, which you will set up during your first call to VICTOR. VICTOR also allows you to check the status of your benefit payment and set up Direct Deposit of UI payments into your bank account.
