| Comments |
This island is completely rustic, but has a
forest service public use cabin on the NW side, accessed by boat
or floatplane. The beach is extremely rocky, then leads to a 10’
rocky area that has a 60% slope. There are 6”-14” rocks on the beach
area. There is a creek nearby with water that is not potable, with
a 100’ trail leading to it which is thin and soft.
Inside the cabin there are 4 bunks and a woodburning stove. The
lower bunks are 24” off the floor. The door to the cabin is 30”
wide.
There is a sea lion rookery not too far from here, and great fishing
here for Coho from mid-August to late September. |
